Eligibility and verification

You must complete identity verification before entering into any transaction. We may decline, restrict, or suspend an account where verification cannot be completed, and we may do so without providing the underlying assessment.

Advisory sessions

Advisors provide professional opinion based on the information you supply. Sessions do not constitute legal, tax, or regulated financial advice unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement letter.

Licences and digital content

Licence keys and digital files are supplied for the named account holder. Access is revocable where a payment is reversed, a key is found to be invalid, or these terms are breached.

Payment

Prices are stated per currency and are payable by bank transfer using the reference issued with your order. You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your own institution and for quoting the reference correctly.
