Identity verification notice
Why verification is mandatory and what we do and do not keep.
Every customer completes identity verification before transacting, receiving digital content, or finalising a session request. This is a condition of using the platform, and there is no path around it.
Who performs it
Verification is carried out by our verification provider. Our staff do not assess your documents and cannot mark an unverified or failed account as verified from an administrative screen. Any exception runs through a compliance workflow and is recorded in an audit trail.
What we keep
- A provider reference for your verification case.
- The normalised status: Not started, Pending, Manual review, Verified, Failed, or Expired.
- Timestamps and the minimum operational metadata required to apply account limits.
If your status changes
If your account becomes suspended or your verification expires, new transactions are disabled. Your existing records, orders, and previously granted access remain visible to you.
The specific regulatory obligations that apply to the operating company depend on its activity and jurisdiction and are confirmed with a compliance adviser before launch.
