Northbridge Consulting OÜ is an independent practice. Our advisors work with operators who already have a functioning business and now face a decision that is expensive to get wrong — a second market, a pricing structure that no longer covers delivery, a first external review.

The templates, checklists, and models our advisors use during an engagement are also sold directly. If your team is capable of doing the work and only lacks the structure, buying the playbook is cheaper than buying our hours. We would rather you make that choice knowingly.
