For anything concerning an existing order, session, or verification status, write from the email address on your account and include your order number or session reference. It shortens the exchange considerably.

If you have transferred funds and your order has not settled, include the payment reference, your transfer receipt image, and the date of the transfer.

Access, correction, and deletion requests can be raised from the Privacy section of your account, which lets you track the request until it is closed.
