What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, address, and contact details.
  • Verification data: a provider reference and resulting status. We do not retain your identity documents by default.
  • Transaction data: orders, payment references, uploaded payment evidence, and settlement outcomes.
  • Engagement data: the intake answers you submit and the session outcome recorded by your advisor.
  • Operational data: audit records of privileged actions taken on your account.

Consent

Marketing consent is recorded separately from the transactional emails required to operate your account. Withdrawing marketing consent removes you from campaigns; it does not stop order, verification, or delivery notifications.

Your requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data from your account. Where a legal or operational obligation prevents us from acting, we will tell you rather than silently declining.
