Refunds & cancellation

Cancellation windows for sessions and the position on digital goods.

Advisory sessions

Each service publishes its own cancellation and rescheduling window. Within the window you can cancel or move a session from your account. Outside it, submit a request and our operations team will review it.

Sessions that did not take place

If your advisor records a session as not held, it is reviewed and either rescheduled or refunded. You are not asked to prove attendance.

Licences and digital files

Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, digital files and licence keys are generally non-refundable once access has been issued. Where a key proves invalid we will replace it, and the replacement is linked to the original in our records.
