How it works

The sequence is the same whether you are booking a session or buying a licence. Nothing of value moves before your identity is verified, and nothing is delivered before the funds have actually arrived.

You will accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at this point. Marketing consent is asked separately and is never bundled with the transactional emails you need in order to use the service.

Verification is handled by our verification provider, not by our staff. We hold a reference and a status; we do not keep your identity documents. Until your status is Verified you can browse everything but cannot check out, receive a licence, or finalise a session request.

Your cart holds one transaction currency. Switching currency reprices every line from the price we published in that currency — there is no live exchange rate anywhere in the system, and an item without a price in your chosen currency cannot be purchased in it.

Bank transfer is the only payment method. Each order carries a unique payment reference that you must enter in the transfer description. After you transfer, upload an image of your receipt on the order. An order settles when a valid bank transaction is matched to it.

Once payment is settled, licence keys appear in your account and digital files become available as short-lived, revocable download links. Session requests move to Scheduled and your advisor posts the meeting link from their panel.
